France – Bus station services – Gestion de la Gare routière de Versailles Chantiers

The Communauté d'Agglomération de Versailles Grand Parc exercises the competence "Transport and Mobility Organisation" on behalf of the municipalities. In this capacity, it wishes to entrust, for a period of 4 years, the management of the Versailles Chantiers bus station to a service provider within the framework of a public procurement procedure. This bus station was commissioned in August 2019. The scope of intervention of the future manager includes the 15 bus berths of the bus station as well as the 5 bus berths of the Rue de l'Abbé Rousseaux. The place of execution of the services is the Gare routière de Versailles Chantiers, located on the ground floor of Hall 2 of the Pôle d'Echanges Multimodal (PEM) of Versailles Chantiers, on the north side of the railway tracks (see Annex 2 Intervention Area of the CCTP). The form chosen for the execution of the contract is an ordinary service contract. The contract is concluded for a period from 1 January 2027 or from its notification date if the latter is later until 31 December 2030. The conditions for the execution of the services are described in the CCTP. The execution deadlines are defined in Article 4 of the CCAP. The prices are lump sum and the revision modalities are defined in Article 5 of the CCAP. The penalties are defined in Article 8 of the CCAP.
