Lot 1: the supply and full-service of vending machines for Hot Beverage Provision, including maintenance and supply of ingredients; Lot 2: the supply and full-service of flex-lease vending machines for Cold Beverage Provision (e.g. vitamin water dispenser, water dispenser), including maintenance and supply of ingredients with the possibility of takeover/purchase of the vending machines after the original contract duration of 2 years. Lot 1: €1.900.000 per year, €15.000.000 for the total duration and the maximum contract value amounts to €22.500.000. Lot 2: €700.000 per year, €5.600.000 for the total duration and the maximum contract value amounts to €8.400.000. All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
