The subject of the contract, in the form of a framework agreement, includes the determination and presentation of greenhouse gas emissions (incl. life cycle assessment), the assessment of climate resilience, and the analysis of energy efficiency in construction projects, and thus serves in particular to meet legal requirements in the course of the planning approval process.
