The subject of the present contract (Sub-project 1) is the implementation of a set of digital transformation actions for the Municipality, which will enable it to make a "digital leap" and gradually transform into a "smart city", environmentally friendly and citizen-friendly, capable of ensuring sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life for residents/businesses in the area. The actions have been selected from the marketplace of the relevant call "Digital Transformation OTA", are in full agreement with the digital strategy of the Municipality and are referred to as follows: 1. Smart pedestrian crossings and accessible to people with disabilities (action code 4) 2. Management system for municipal cemeteries and digitisation of files (action code 12) 3. Electronic management and organisation system of the Administration and operational capacity of the OTA (action code 32) 4. Central unified platform for managing and collecting data from digital transformation actions of the OTA (action code 35) 5. Electronic Invoicing (action code 38) Funding Source: Ministry of Digital Governance, under the Programme "Digital Transformation 2021-2027" of the ETPA Actions Fund 1.3.1: Digital Transformation OTA", MIS 6000749. Funded by the credits of the Public Investment Programme (Collective Decision on Inclusion, work number 2026ΣΕ26370015). The present contract is funded by the European Union (ETPA) and national resources through the PIE.
