The municipality of Stiefenhofen intends to award the electrical engineering design (LPH 1-9) for the new construction of the municipal depot with community centre at the sports ground in Stiefenhofen using a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The award shall be made in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 shall be awarded. The contracting authority intends to award further LPH (5-9) if the planning and execution of the construction project is continued. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the award to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction project. The contracting authority also reserves the right to carry out individual partial services of the HOAI (e.g. in LPH 6-8) in own performance in coordination with the planner. The electrical engineering design according to § 55 HOAI 2021, paragraph 1, (LPH 1-9) is to cover the following plant groups, according to the current status: ALG 4: Low voltage systems, ALG 5: Telecommunication and information technology systems, Optional ALG 7: Usage-specific systems and process engineering systems, Optional ALG 8: Building automation and automation of civil engineering structures. All development measures (public and non-public) that become necessary within the framework of the KG 200 are to be taken into account by the specialist planner.
