1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for cellular and molecular biology based on a framework agreement, divided into 11 lots, for the Łukasiewicz Research Network - PORT Polish Centre for Technology Development. 2. The contracting authority will, based on the framework agreements concluded as a result of the award decision, place orders for the supply of reagents necessary for the implementation of research tasks within the contracting authority's own funds and projects carried out by the contracting authority. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with the contracting authority's requirements for the subject of the contract, have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form and in Annex 3 to the SWZ - Contract Template.
