Denmark – Pharmaceutical products – Amgros 2027 1.1642.b

Amgros I/S (Amgros) is a cooperative with the 5 regions as stakeholders. Amgros wishes to enter framework agreements for the medicinal products listed in the individual subcontracts below, with the aim of supplying the stakeholders' hospital pharmacies with medicinal products and potentially reselling to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Amgros resells the medicinal products to the hospital pharmacies at Amgros’ purchase price plus a surcharge. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. The framework agreements are entered into without purchase obligation, and the hospital pharmacies in the regions are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework agreements.
