Norway – Services furnished by specialist organisations – Procurement of authentication tool for personnel

This is a 2nd publication The contracting authority shall procure an authentication system for secure access to health systems, including AIDN and the Health Management Platform. The system shall offer authentication at a high security level (level 4 / eIDAS High), be minibus-resistant, use open standards and integrate with Microsoft Entra ID as the primary identity platform.
