The subject of the contract is Successive deliveries of contrast media for the needs of the Hospital Pharmacy of the Voivodeship Hospital Complex in Kielce. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the quantities are specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ - assortment-price form. Information on the rules for delivery, warranty and remuneration is contained in Annex No. 3 to SWZ – draft provisions of the contract for the public order on the basis of a successive contract. By medicinal products, which are the subject of the contract, should be understood medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law. The offered medicinal products must be admitted to trade on the basis specified in art. 3 or art. 4 para. 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Act - Pharmaceutical Law.
