The subject of the contract is the supply of holographically Bragg grating stabilized 729 nm laser diodes – 2 sets. 2. The subject of the contract, its scope and quality requirements are specified in the contract subject description, which is Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. In the event that the specifications refer to conditions of the contract, trade names, types, models, symbols, these entries should be understood as entries for an example product. 3. Contract codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 31712348-1. 4. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial tenders. The subject of the contract constitutes one functional unit. The contract is adapted for SMEs. 5. In cases where the contract subject description refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows for the application of solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of variant tenders. 7. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the pzp Act. 8. The value of the contract exceeds the EU threshold, as referred to in the Announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office of 8 December 2025 on the current EU thresholds specified in the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/24/EU, 2014/25/EU and 2009/81/EC for the years 2026–2027, their equivalents in PLN, the PLN amounts expressed in euros and the average exchange rate of the PLN against the euro, which is the basis for converting the value of public contracts or tenders, i.e. 216,000 euros, which is the equivalent of 930,960.00 PLN, published under Article 3(3) of the pzp Act. 9. Project entitled "System of mobile quantum sensors with optical clocks integrated in telecommunications networks Q-ChronoS" implemented under Action 2.4 Research Infrastructure for a Modern Economy, European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 Programme.
