The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of technical, organisational and legal advisory services in the context of preparing and conducting a public procurement procedure for the supply and implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) class IT system (hereinafter “ERP System”) and in the context of implementing this system in the infrastructure of the Contracting Authority, under the conditions specified in the Essential Terms of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as IPU, constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ and its annexes (hereinafter “Advisory Services”).
