Germany – Exhibition, fair and congress organisation services – Konzeptions- und Realisierungsleistungen für Live-Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

Deutsche Bahn AG, along with its subsidiaries (DB Fernverkehr, DB Regio, DB InfraGo, DB Cargo etc.), plans, organizes and implements approximately 300 live communication measures each year in various sizes (10 - 5,000 Pax), formats (on-site, digital (with and without studio), hybrid), implementations (roadshow, trade fair, congress, employee event etc.) and for diverse target groups (internal, external) as well as with different budgets. We are looking for framework agreement partners for both conceptual and implementation services for live communication measures. For the conceptual services in a specific project, we expect the completion of the tasks assigned, including creative ideas/conceptual approaches – along with the derivation and illustration of the connections to the existing corporate and project framework conditions and objectives. The basis for this and preceding it is a standardized, meaningful briefing. For the implementation services, it is not about the creative concept for a live communication measure, but about its development and planning, the organization and implementation, the execution and realization, as well as the follow-up of an existing creative concept by a partner. We assume that a creative concept already exists and hand this over to the agency for implementation. A company can only apply for one of the following lots.
