The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of fresh meat in 2027 to the Catering Kitchens in Kielce at: Kołłątaja 4, Krzyżanowskiej 8, Jagiellońska 76 and to the DPS at: Żeromskiego 4/6 and Tarnowskiej 10, according to the quantity and assortment specified in Annex 1A. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1A, the price list. The conditions for the execution of the contract, the requirements for the submission of tenders and the criteria for the evaluation of tenders are specified in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ) together with the annexes. The conditions for the execution of the contract and the payment rules are specified in the draft contract clauses constituting an annex to the SWZ. The scope and conditions of permissible changes to the contract are indicated in Section XXII of the SWZ.
