AOK Bayern - The Health Fund (hereinafter "AOK Bayern" or "Seller") is the owner of the property at 91126 Schwabach, Weißenburger Straße 12, which is developed with a partially 3-storey (ground floor + 2 upper floors) office and administrative building. The use as an office and administrative building by AOK Bayern is expected to continue until autumn 2026. The handover to the buyer shall take place no later than 31 December 2026. AOK Bayern intends to sell the property at 91126 Schwabach, Weißenburger Straße 12, to a third party. For the sale of the property, AOK Bayern will conduct a structured bidding process for the highest bid. It is expressly stated that this is not a formal tendering procedure under the provisions of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Award of Public Contracts Regulation (VgV). If a notice is published via the EU platform for public procurement (TED) or any other procurement platform, this serves only to ensure transparency of the procedure. This does not involve any submission to procurement regulations or any corresponding self-binding of the seller. Bidders do not acquire any corresponding subjective rights. The participants have no claim for reimbursement of any costs incurred for participation in the structured bidding process.
