The subject of the contract is the services of Technical Equipment ALG 1 - 3, 7 and 8 (HLS) according to §§ 53 ff HOAI 2021, phases 1 to 9, with staged commissioning. Various Special Services may also be commissioned if necessary. The municipality of Westendorf (Ostallgäu district) plans to build a new fire station. The building is designed for approximately 80 active firefighters and includes a vehicle hall with three parking spaces as well as an integrated wash hall. The vehicle hall is planned with clear dimensions of approx. 15.80 × 14.00 m, the wash hall with approx. 6.00 × 11.00 m. The coordinated room programme also includes storage and workshop areas, changing rooms, sanitary and operational areas, training and administrative rooms as well as the necessary outdoor facilities. The total usable area is approximately 950 m².
