Implementation and operation of an energy industry ERP and billing system as a Software-as-a-Service solution, including associated maintenance, support, training, further development services, and end-of-contract services. The Kooperationsgesellschaft fränkischer Elektrizitätswerke mbH (hereinafter: "kfe") is tendering a framework agreement for the procurement of a billing and ERP system as a SaaS solution. The kfe is the contracting authority and contractual partner of this framework agreement and concludes the framework agreement with the contractor in its own name. The municipal utilities listed in the contract notice (hereinafter also: "eligible or calling works") are entitled to commission the contractually agreed services by individual call-off in the form of an EVB-IT Cloud contract based on this framework agreement.
