The aim of the procurement procedure is the award of a partial design-build contract for the technical building services (including the trades of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation and electrical engineering) for the construction of an operational building for the first deep geothermal plant in Vienna, using a skeleton construction method. Masonry, roofing and facade works, as well as locksmithing works are not included and are part of a separate procurement.
