**Before the change**

Rail passenger transport services as defined in § 6 of the German Rail Act are to be provided in the Free State of Thuringia and the Free State of Bavaria. The procurement will be divided into two lots with the following routes:

LOT A: Erfurt – Suhl – Grimmenthal – Ebenhausen – Schweinfurt – Würzburg // Bad Kissingen – Ebenhausen – Schweinfurt – Würzburg with the option for the route Würzburg – Seligenstadt – Volkach-Astheim Erfurt – Suhl – Grimmenthal – Meiningen// Erfurt – Suhl – Grimmenthal – Ebenhausen – Schweinfurt

LOT B: Eisenach – Wernshausen – Meiningen – Grimmenthal – Eisfeld – Sonneberg – Neuhaus am Rennweg// Zella-Mehlis – Wernshausen// Option "Rennsteig" Ilmenau – Bf Rennsteig// Gemünden – Hammelburg – Bad Kissingen – Ebenhausen – Schweinfurt Stadt// Option "Stundentakt RB 50" Gemünden – Hammelburg – Bad Kissingen// Schweinfurt Stadt – Ebenhausen – Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale (– Meiningen)

with a total of approximately 6.5 million train-kilometres per year to be provided. For further information, please refer to the service description.

LOT B: RB 40 Erfurt – Suhl – Grimmenthal – Ebenhausen – Schweinfurt // RB 41 Eisenach – Wernshausen – Meiningen – Grimmenthal – Eisfeld – Sonneberg – Neuhaus am Rennweg // RB 43 Zella-Mehlis – Wernshausen // RB 44 Erfurt – Suhl – Grimmenthal – Meiningen // Option "Rennsteig" RB 49 Ilmenau – Bf Rennsteig // RB 50 Gemünden – Hammelburg – Bad Kissingen – Ebenhausen – Schweinfurt Stadt // Option "Stundentakt RB 50" RB 50 Gemünden – Hammelburg – Bad Kissingen // RB 59 Schweinfurt Stadt – Ebenhausen – Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale (– Meiningen)

The total volume of the services to be procured, including options, is approximately 6.5 million train-kilometres per year. A single bid may be submitted for Lot A and/or Lot B, as well as a combined bid for the combination of Lot A and Lot B.
