The subject of the contract is „Cybersecure PGKiM in Sandomierz – raising the level of IT/OT system security as part of the Cybersecure Water Supply project”, within the scope of which the delivery of factory-new computer equipment produced no earlier than January 2025, delivered in original packaging (the packaging must be intact and have the seal applied by the manufacturer), as well as its assembly, installation and configuration, and the preparation of the documentation required in the OPZ, the implementation of cybersecurity systems, the delivery of licenses and systems, as mentioned in the OPZ, the conduction of trainings in the scope of the operation of the implemented devices and systems, and the conduction of audits [hereinafter: „one-off service”]. Furthermore, the Purchaser requires that the Contractor, for a period of 36 months after the final acceptance, on the terms specified in the contract, which is Attachment No. 10 to the SWZ, provides the Purchaser with continuous maintenance services for the duration of the project, which include, among others, technical support, technical assistance, provision of service, ensuring the currency and continuity of updates, and licenses [hereinafter: „continuous service”]. Software, licenses, and the implementation of cybersecurity systems, understood as installation, tests, configuration, must be new, unused, not previously activated on another device, delivered in the latest stable version. 2.
