France – Engineering support services – Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage pour la réalisation et l'intégration d'oeuvres d'art - Ligne C et CLB du Métro

The subject of the present consultation concerns a mission of Assistance to the Project Owner (AMO) for managing the operation of works of art on line C and the CLB of the metro, which are strongly interfaced and interdependent with the station projects. These works of art will be entrusted to service providers via contracts. The missions of assistance to the project owner concern the works designed by the artists and are notably the following:

- The translation of the artistic project of works of art into the development of technical documentation;

- Assistance with the consultation and selection of construction companies (negotiated contracts, Design and Build contracts…)

- Assistance with the integration of each work into an ongoing site;

- Coordination between the parties involved in the realization of each work;

- Monitoring of the realization and up to the acceptance of the works of realization of the work, including the management of the period of guarantee of perfect completion.

The Contract comprises the following lots:

- a Firm Lot, composed as follows:

Assistance with the consultation and award of construction contracts related to the realization of 13 works of art (Design and Build contracts);

Assistance to the Project Owner during the realization phase for the works on line C, i.e. 19 works.

- 9 Optional Lots:

Optional Lot 1 - PONTS JUMEAUX Station: Assistance with the finalization and signature of the realization contract with the artist creating his work.

Optional Lot 2 - LA VACHE GARE-LE GRAND MARCHE Station: Assistance with the finalization and signature of the realization contract with the artist creating his work.

Optional Lot 3 - LYCEE TOULOUSE-LAUTREC Station: Assistance with the finalization and signature of the realization contract with the artist creating his work.

Optional Lot 4 - RAISIN Station: Assistance with the finalization and signature of the realization contract with the artist creating his work.

Optional Lot 5 - COTE PAVEE Station: Assistance with the finalization and signature of the realization contract with the artist creating his work.

Optional Lot 6 - ORMEAU Station: Assistance with the finalization and signature of the realization contract with the artist creating his work.

Optional Lot 7 - FONTAINE LUMINEUSE: Consultation and award of the contract for the creation, design, and realization of the work - Monitoring of the realization works of the work.

Optional Lot 8 - Realization phase work station PARC TECHNOLOGIQUE DU CANAL (CLB): Assistance to the Project Owner during the realization phase of the work of art of the Parc Technologique du Canal (PTC) station of the CLB.

Optional Lot 9 - Realization phase work station LABEGE MADRON (CLB): Assistance to the Project Owner during the realization phase of the work of art of the LABEGE MADRON (LMA) station of the CLB.
