In the framework of the implementation of its traffic observatory and for specific and occasional needs of traffic studies, Saint Etienne Métropole wishes to have the following services carried out on its territory: counting, analysis or dynamic simulation. The contractor may, at the request of the various operational departments, carry out on all the roads of the metropolitan area, in urban and out-of-town areas (non-exhaustive list): - Directional counts - Automatic counts - Active mode counts (bicycles, pedestrians, EDP) - Surveys: Origin/destination - Parking surveys - Functional analysis of malfunction and restitution - Dynamic simulation. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The amount of the services for the initial period of the framework agreement is a maximum of 250 000 euro(s) /excl. VAT
