In Stuttgart-Wangen, a citizens' meeting place is to be created at Ulmer Straße 352. For this purpose, the former restaurant is to be converted into a citizens' meeting place with apartments (change of use) and the attic is to be extended to generate additional apartments. Furthermore, a comprehensive energy-efficient modernisation of the entire timber-framed building is required, with a climate-neutral energy supply to be implemented.
