The design contest for the construction of a commercial facility within the Pierre Rollin district in Amiens (80). The present architectural contest is organised in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 2° and R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the Public Procurement Code. The contest aims to provide an architectural, technical and economic response in line with the programme for this operation. This is a restricted design contest. The jury will be composed of persons independent of the contest participants. At least one third of the jury members will possess the qualification of design consultant. In accordance with Articles R. 2162-23 and R. 2162-24, the jury members are appointed according to the rules specific to the Agency. The tender specifications relate to the first phase of selection of tenders.
