Belgium – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Raamovereenkomst Studies

The Energy Efficiency Department of the Flemish Energy Company (hereinafter “veb”) offers various energy-saving and renovation solutions to support its clients. Through this Framework Agreement, veb aims to facilitate the preparation of study dossiers for heritage properties owned or managed by the Contracting Authorities, as defined in § 2.2 of the Specifications. These study dossiers relate to the energy renovation of building envelopes and various techniques, or to a possible Total Renovation of buildings. The intended Contractors for this Framework Agreement are study bureaux.
