The subject of this tender procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) entitled "DNS – Purchase of Used Buses". The objective of the contracting authority is to have a pool of suppliers who will be able to fulfil the subject of individual public contracts ("mini-tenders") in response to its current needs, and this throughout the duration of the DNS. Through the mini-tenders in the DNS, the contracting authority intends to ensure the ongoing renewal and expansion of its bus fleet by purchasing used buses in the scope and technical specifications according to its operational needs. The contracting authority defines the subject of the mini-tenders, which will be tendered in the DNS, as indicated below. The DNS is not divided into categories. The subject of the fulfilment is the delivery of used buses of categories M1, M2 and M3 ("vehicles") for the purpose of renewing and expanding the contracting authority's bus fleet, including accessories. The specific requirements and precise definition of the subject of the individual mini-tenders, including technical conditions and specifications of the required vehicles (especially type, category, age, more detailed technical specifications, maximum mileage, technical condition, emission standard, etc.), will always be stated in the relevant invitation to tender for the individual mini-tender within the established DNS.
