The local authority of Torhout wishes to renew the insurance services as described in the technical specifications and listed in the inventory of this contract for the Local Authority of Torhout, which includes the legal entities City of Torhout and OCMW Torhout. The contract forms an indivisible whole but must be worked with individual policies for the requested risks and a separate settlement for the two legal entities (City and OCMW) where indicated. The contract includes a price inquiry with premiums for 6 years. The premiums must be settled annually.
