France – Taxi services – PRESTATIONS DE TRANSPORT DE PERSONNES PAR TAXIS ET VÉHICULES DE TRANSPORT AVEC CHAUFFEUR SUR RÉSERVATION PRÉALABLE

The contract concerns the provision, on behalf of the Société de Transports en Commun de Limoges Métropole (STCLM), of passenger transport services performed upon prior reservation, using taxis and chauffeur-driven vehicles, within the territory of the twenty (20) communes of Limoges Métropole. The services include, in particular, the provision of vehicles and drivers, the reception and processing of transport requests by a single reservation centre, the regulation and allocation of vehicles, the pick-up of passengers at agreed meeting points, transport to the destination, as well as the tracking and reporting of trips completed. The contractor must be able to mobilise up to thirty (30) vehicles simultaneously during peak periods and guarantee a maximum response time of one (1) hour from the time of order. The contract is awarded in the form of a single-supplier framework agreement, executed by the issuance of purchase orders as needs arise, without retendering.
