The services are paid for by unit prices. The prices are Description succincte du marché : monthly adjustable. Preparation period: 8 weeks, execution of works and submission of the DROE: 90 weeks; maximum duration of execution of the contract: 90 weeks maximum. Validity period of tenders: 180 days. A 3% retention guarantee of the initial contract amount (increased, if necessary, by the amount of the amendments) will be constituted. It can be replaced at the discretion of the contractor with a first-demand guarantee. The advance amount is set at 20% of the initial amount. The criteria and sub-criteria for analysing tenders are defined in the RC. The consultation includes social conditions described in the CCAP.
