Austria – Cleaning and sanitation services – WIGEV – Rahmenvereinbarungen Reinigungsleistungen und weitere Leistungen des infrastrukturellen Facility Managements für Kliniken und Pflegehäuser

The aim of the current procurement procedure is to conclude five framework agreements for cleaning services and other infrastructural facility management (FM) services in a total of five lots (Lot 1: „Maintenance/General Cleaning“; Lot 2: „Cleaning and Maintenance of Grey/Green Areas, Garage“; Lot 3: „Winter Service“; Lot 4: „Window/Façade Cleaning“; Lot 5: „Dish and Commercial Kitchen Cleaning“) with up to seven companies (those bidders who submit a contract-awardable final offer in the 2nd stage of the procedure) (also „framework agreement partners“) for the Vienna Health Association or its beneficiaries. Immediately upon conclusion of the framework agreement, one or more initial calls will be made per lot: the bidder ranked first in the procurement procedure per lot or „sublot“ (see Chapter A) will be awarded the contract to conclude the respective service contract („Contract for Cleaning Services and Other Infrastructural Facility Management Services“). Calls from the respective framework agreement can be made by the individual beneficiaries at different times and in different forms (respective „house specifics“ / „object peculiarities“). In the current 1st stage of the procurement procedure, all companies that meet the respective eligibility criteria (see Chapter B of the procurement documents) are invited to participate in the procedure in one or more or all lots and to submit an application. In the 2nd stage of the procedure, the companies admitted in the respective lot will be invited and requested to submit initial offers on the basis of the 2nd stage procurement documents. In Lot 4, two initial calls are currently planned for the 2nd stage; the bidder can then decide in the 2nd stage of the procedure whether to submit an offer for one or both „sublots“ in Lot 4.
