This consultation concerns the subscription of various insurance contracts on behalf of Meurthe & Moselle HABITAT. The consultation is reserved for organisations that underwrite and provision the risks that are the subject of the contract to which they are applying and for which they have an authorisation from the national supervisory authority to which they are subject. Insurance intermediaries who present insurance operations may also apply in addition to these organisations. The services are divided into 5 lots, each lot will be the subject of a separate award. Mandatory variants (P.S.A) and possible additional services (P.S.E): In addition to the basic offer, the special clauses of lots No. 1 - No. 4 - No. 5 may include: - One (or more) mandatory variant (P.S.A) imposed by the buyer constituting an alternative to the basic offer. - One (or more) possible additional service (P.S.E) added to the basic offer or the variant (P.S.A). Unless the offer is rejected, candidates must respond to any mandatory variant (P.S.A) or additional service (P.S.E), unless it is expressly stated that it is optional. In the absence of mention, the mandatory nature is presumed.
