Poland – Ambulances – Zakup i dostawa 6 szt. fabrycznie nowych, zabudowanych ambulansów typu „C” wraz z wyposażeniem dla OCRM w Opolu

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 6 new, factory-built ambulances of type „C” with equipment for OCRM in Opole, produced no earlier than 2026. Each offered ambulance must have new, factory-equipped, warranty-free, and compliant with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. J. L. 2024 pos. 1620). The vehicles must meet the requirements of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic (i.e. J. L. 2024 pos. 1251 with later amendments), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (text J. L. 2024 pos. 502 with later amendments), the applicable standard PN-EN 1789 or an equivalent standard for road transport means of type C and have a vehicle type-approval certificate (base vehicle with medical superstructure) issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 August 2023 on the type-approval of vehicles, as well as comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 December 2025 on the marking of the State Medical Emergency System and requirements for the uniform of the medical rescue team (J. L. 2025, pos. 1768 with later amendments). The delivered ambulance must have a current „Vehicle Type-Approval Certificate”, the validity of which must be sufficient for the Contracting Authority to complete the registration formalities.
