The Orléans Métropole, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of heat networks, has decided to entrust a third party, within the framework of a public service delegation of a duration of 10 years, with the design, financing, implementation, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernisation of the public service for the production and distribution of urban heating on part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. In this context, DALKIA will, as the Delegated Project Owner, on behalf of ÉCOME, carry out the installation of heat production and distribution. The present contract is divided into 3 lots: LOT 1: PERISCOLAIRE LOT 2: CTM LOT 3: CLUB HOUSE The work to be carried out: - Removal of existing heating and plumbing - Removal of the boiler (flue and sealing of energies) if existing - The installation of skids (supplied by DALKIA) and its integration into the substation - Primary and secondary connection to the RCU - Protection of existing structures - Preparatory work - On-site installation of works - Testing and inspections Estimated start date for works: late August - early September Estimated duration: 1 month per lot
