Subject of the public procurement. „Delivery by purchasing of straw, fodder, fodder plants and ready-made animal feed for the needs of TPDGS "Rodopi" - Delivery of Lucerne“ Participants should refer to the technical specification attached to the present documentation – Appendix No. 1. Estimated value of the contract. The total estimated value of the contract is in the amount of 1,074.00 euros /thousand and seventy-four euros / without VAT. The indicated estimated value represents the maximum budget for the public procurement. The proposed price from the participants must include all costs for: transport to the specified delivery location, travel, travel expenses, profit and other necessary for the quality and timely execution of the order. Offer variants. Each participant may submit only one proposal on the subject of the procedure. The submission of variants in the offer is not allowed. Place of delivery. Place of performance – the warehouse base of TPDGS "Rodopi" – Batak, Beglika, Batak, Pazardzhik. Award criterion. The public procurement is awarded on the basis of the "most economically advantageous offer". The criterion for evaluating the offers of the participants chosen by the Contracting Authority is "lowest price".
