The services are paid for by unit prices. As part of the project to upgrade the RD900 and RD914 between the Mailloles roundabout and the Mas Rouma roundabout, this consultation concerns the construction of the OA5 structure on the SNCF tracks. The Departmental Council, in a commitment to promote employment and combat exclusion, has adopted a proactive policy to integrate people who are unemployed or at risk of exclusion. To this end, it has decided to call on its privileged partners, namely companies, to facilitate access to employment for these people, through the implementation of the professional integration clause ("social clause"), a condition for the execution of the contract that binds the successful bidder according to the provisions set by the contract.
