Germany – Houses construction work – Ausschreibung eines Generalübernehmers zur Errichtung von 3 Wohngebäuden

WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH is constructing 3 new residential buildings on plots A, B and C along Berolinastraße in the Haus der Statistik quarter of Berlin Mitte. The plots will collectively accommodate 284 apartments of varying types, along with complementary commercial, communal and neighbourhood-specific uses on the ground floors. The new buildings will form the residential focus within the new quarter and will be supplemented by shared open spaces, access and infrastructure measures, as well as shared facilities for rainwater management. The general contractor will be responsible for the turnkey realisation of plots A, B and C. The scope of services includes all services of cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276, including all necessary supply, planning, coordination and construction services. In the planning area, the scope of services includes in particular the preparation and updating of the execution planning according to phase 5 of the HOAI, as well as the subsequent workshop and assembly planning as a basis for the execution of the construction services. Furthermore, the scope of services includes the planning and implementation of the jointly used drainage and rainwater management facilities within the quarter.
