The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24-hour physical protection service for persons and property located within the protected unit, complex, facility, or military property, in accordance with art. 3, point 1, lit. a)÷b) of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, with later amendments) implemented for the 18th Military Economic Department (18WOG) and military units on its supply, including: 1) direct, permanent or ad-hoc physical protection, 2) permanent monitoring of signals transmitted, collected, and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems, 3) performing tasks related to the service of interested parties in full or partial scope. 2.
