Bulgaria – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Специализиран превоз на деца , ученици и учители през учебната 2026-2027 г. на територията на Община Тервел, по три обособени позиции

The subject of the contract includes the provision of specialized school transport for students and teachers along three main routes, ensuring the operation of: For Separate Position No. 1: Dr. Petar Beron School, Kolarci Village; For Separate Position No. 2: Father Paisius School, Nova Kamena Village, Hristo Botev School, Kableshkovo Village, Jordan Yovkov School – Terwel and Docho Mihailov School, Terwel. For Separate Position No. 3: June 1 School, Jordan Yovkov School – Terwel and Docho Mihailov School, Terwel. The transport covers children of compulsory pre-school age, students from grades I-XII inclusive, who travel from settlements where there is no kindergarten or school, in accordance with Article 19, paragraph 8 of the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for providing funds to compensate for the reduced revenue from the application of prices for public passenger transport by road transport, provided for in the normative acts for certain categories of passengers, for the subsidy of public passenger transport on unprofitable bus lines in the urban transport and transport in mountainous and other regions and for the issuance of transport documents for the performance of the transport. The transport of children, students and teachers will be carried out for a period of 12 calendar months – from 15.09.2026 to 14.09.2027. The transport will be carried out every school day along specified routes and a coordinated timetable, in accordance with the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of the procedure documentation.
