Belgium – Repair and maintenance services – Accord-cadre de services entretien annuel, Visite, dépannage et mise en conformité de cabines haute tension de différentes implantations du SPW

Maintain and repair the high-voltage cabin and associated transformer:

- Meet the legal obligations relating to the control of safety devices and the maintenance of equipment;

- Intervene on site within the scheduled times to resolve any technical faults encountered.

- Manage and repair high-voltage installations and associated transformers to ensure the safety of property and persons, energy savings, occupant comfort, and maintain the installation in good condition (without premature wear).

- Record in a logbook all maintenance, inspection, and correction operations carried out on the installations.

- Evaluate and suggest investments/modifications to the system in order to increase its intrinsic performance or allow for optimal operation.
