The MCRE04 contract concerns the implementation of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical installations, the low-voltage main switchboard (LVMS), lighting, motive power, process receiver power supply such as valves, pumps, flow meters, etc., as well as universal copper cabling (UCC), fibre optics (FO) and fire detection for all the buildings of the wastewater treatment plant, with the exception of the future operating building. It also includes the cabling and connection of equipment installed by the holders of the process contracts, the supply of all necessary materials, including cable trays, conduits and tubes, as well as lighting, power sockets, marking, installation, connections, testing, documentation and approval. The MCRE04 contract also includes bringing buildings and installations into compliance in terms of lightning protection, earthing and equipotential bonding. Finally, the MCRE04 contract includes complete services, including studies, installation and approval, relating to access control and fire protection for the La Saunerie WWTP.
