The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of medical equipment for the needs of the Cardiology Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz. The order includes 6 packages: Package 1- Transcatheter aortic valve system Package 2- Vascular introducers for TAVI procedures Package 3- PTFE felt patches Package 4- Vessel closure suture system Package 5- Biological aortic conduit Package 6- Harmonic scalpel tip In this: Package 1, 3 and 5- sale and delivery of products specified in the assortment-price form. Package 2, 4 and 6- sale and delivery of products specified in the assortment-price form along with the creation of a non-conforming deposit, called the "Bank" (the required assortment to create the Bank was listed in Annex 2 - Assortment-price Form).
