The subject of the tender is the planning, construction and operation of a Gigabit network, as well as the supply of the underserved "grey areas" of the municipality of Überherrn with services of a sustainable and high-performance Gigabit network. This is a service concession. The granting authority intends to implement the development through a Gigabit network, for the construction and operation of which an investment grant is awarded (so-called viability gap model).
