The framework agreements will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The framework agreements are concluded for a duration of 4 years from the date of notification. The maximum amount of services, all lots combined, for the duration of the framework agreements is 4 000 000,00 EUR excl. VAT over 4 years. No legal form is imposed for the grouping of economic operators of the contracting authority. It is forbidden to submit several offers by acting at the same time as individual candidates and as members of one or several groupings or as members of several groupings.
