The planned building consists of halls for the sewage sludge upcycling plant and an administrative building. The hall is an L-shaped structure with a total length of 60.00 m and a width of 40.10 m. The hall is single-storey. The northern part of the hall, where the delivery is located, is partially basemented. The ridge height of the lean-to roof is approximately 11.12 m. The long side of the hall has a lean-to roof height of approximately 16.20 m. In the south-western part of the hall, there is a pellet heating system. The hall is constructed in reinforced concrete skeleton design with roof truss made of timber beams with sandwich panel. The total gross floor area of the hall is 1,642 m². To the south-west of the hall is the administrative building, which is separated by a fire wall. The administrative building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. It has a length of 15.19 m and a width of 9.89 m. The entire building is constructed in solid form using reinforced concrete. The roof is constructed as a flat roof with parapet and bitumen waterproofing. The top floor, where living spaces are possible, is on average 3.21 m above ground level. The administrative building consists of one unit. The gross floor area of the administrative building is 151 m², height 7.00 m. The bill of quantities and the schedule are additionally referred to.
