The subject of the contract to which the tender documents refer is the mixed contract for the supply and laying of bituminous and hydraulic concretes for the works of the Infrastructure Maintenance Brigades, in accordance with the Special Administrative Clauses Particular Contract (hereinafter PCAPE) and the Special Technical Prescriptions Contract (hereinafter PPT) which are in the file and whose set of constituent documents has contractual character. ------------------- The subject of the contract will consist of the supply and laying of concretes, as well as all those auxiliary operations necessary for the correct replacement and adaptation of pavements including the adaptation of new pavements to the existing ones, the adaptation of manholes and chambers to their new level, within the framework of the maintenance and conservation works of the municipal public road network carried out by the Brigades of the Infrastructure Maintenance Service. ------------------------- ALL THE TENDER DOCUMENTS GOVERNING THIS CONTRACT (including the Particular Administrative Clauses Contract (hereinafter PCAPT)) ARE PUBLISHED ON THIS PLATFORM.
