The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the design, execution, configuration, implementation and commissioning of a productive IT system for the Regional Centre for Digital Medicine NIGRiR, along with integration services, delivery of software necessary for the system's operation, user training and system maintenance. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (DOS) is indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The contracting authority requires that a warranty be provided for the subject of the contract for a period of 36 months counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the SWZ along with the annexes, in particular the DOS (technical parameters) and the PPU. 3. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers to be submitted. 4. Place of performance of the contract: National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation. 5. Detailed issues regarding the deadline for the execution of the subject of the contract are specified in the PPU and DOS - the contracting authority requires that the contractor deliver the subject of the contract within 12 months from the date of signing the contract. The execution of the subject of the contract is divided into stages described in detail in the DOS. 6. In cases specified in the contract project, the deadline for the execution of the contract may be changed. 7. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 8. The contracting authority does not envisage granting contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 9. The contracting authority does not envisage using the right of option. 10. The software delivered as part of the subject of the contract must be approved for circulation and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the relevant requirements specified in the DOS.
