The contracting authority wishes to procure consultants for Geoscience according to the service descriptions for sub-contract 1 and sub-contract 2. The consulting services requested under this framework agreement vary from time to time and depend on the specific task formulation, but are generally divided into the following 2 sub-contracts: •Sub-contract 1 – Preliminary investigations for cables and pipes •Sub-contract 2 – Preliminary investigations for overhead line towers and stations For further details regarding the sub-contracts, reference is made to the relevant service descriptions per sub-contract in appendix 2. The tendered framework agreements have a duration of four (4) years. The framework agreement can be extended by two (2) years + two (2) years. Pre-qualification can be applied for on both sub-contracts. The total estimated value for the entire framework agreement is 250,000,000 DKK distributed across the 2 sub-contracts with the possibility of increasing both sub-contracts by 100%, i.e., a total increased value of 500,000,000 DKK. The estimated value is expected to be as follows per sub-contract during the framework agreement period: Sub-contract 1 - Preliminary investigations for cables and pipes: 130,000,000 DKK excl. increase and 260,000,000 DKK incl. increase Sub-contract 2 - Preliminary investigations for overhead line towers and stations: 120,000,000 DKK excl. increase and 240,000,000 DKK incl. increase. Consumption can only be considered an estimate, and is therefore not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected tenderer, according to the framework agreement's point 1.3.
