Iceland – Construction work for houses – Aðalstræti 112, Patreksfjörður - Building Renovations

The project consists of renovation and alteration works at Aðalstræti 112 in Patreksfjörður, including construction works, plumbing installations, electrical works, and interior finishing, in accordance with the tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications provided by the Client. The Contractor shall be responsible for all project management, labor, procurement of materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the works in a professional and safe manner. All works shall be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and the instructions of the supervising authorities. Particular emphasis shall be placed on ensuring that all materials and workmanship are of first-class quality and comply with the requirements of the Icelandic Building Regulations and relevant standards.
