No deadline given

Description

On the occasion of two new appointments, the laboratory areas to be used by the departments in several floors of the institute building are to be renovated and converted into open-plan laboratories with evaluation workstations according to the scientific requirements. As part of these renovations, the aged building services and ventilation (RLT) systems, which have not been substantially modernised since the year of construction 2003, must be brought up to the current state of the art and adapted to user requirements, and existing defects (e.g. fire dampers) must be eliminated. In addition, existing HPCL server areas must be converted into laboratory areas and existing laboratory areas into a cleanroom area. Furthermore, areas in the basement must be converted to expand the special area of electron microscopy and the RLT systems must be renewed. The office areas must also be renovated with regard to the existing surfaces and fibre optic cabling (embedded in screed). The planning for all areas is taking place in parallel. The construction work is to be carried out during ongoing operations and must be divided into 4 consecutive construction phases. The preliminary design planning has already been completed. The design planning is in progress. The project is being implemented using the LEAN management methodology according to VDI 2553. The estimated total construction costs (cost groups 200 to 700) amount to approximately 17,950,000 € net. Special note regarding tenderer questions due to special external events (e.g. SARS-COV-2 or Ukraine war): Please take into account any possible or recognisable impairments in your tender, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, workforce, a possibly delayed submission of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. Questions arising in this context, we ask to be submitted in good time before the tender deadline via the eTendering messaging system.
