Construction of an office and laboratory building – A new site of the DLR is to be established at Hollerithallee 5. We will construct a new building with an office area and a laboratory area for laser measurement tests. The site will be equipped with an open, representative entrance area and a fenced rear area with parking spaces and a delivery area. The tree stock in the area of the planned measure must be felled. The site has been partially classified as requiring battlefield clearance, so the tree felling will be carried out without removing the root system from the ground. This will be done by the battlefield clearance expert. Execution period: expected November 2026 within 4 weeks.
