The contracting authority intends to implement a research, testing and development infrastructure for hydrogen applications at the site in Pfeffenhausen. The project is part of the National Innovation and Technology Centre for Hydrogen (ITZ) and serves to transfer technology from research to industrial applications, as well as to provide testing, inspection and development infrastructure for economic and non-economic users. The subject of this tender is the phased commissioning of planning services for the design of buildings and interior spaces for the new construction of a hydrogen test hall with ancillary building, outdoor testing areas and outdoor facilities (Sections 33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10.1). This tender also includes subordinate landscape planning services (according to Section 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11 HOAI), which are to be provided as a Special Service. The individual callable stages of the services are divided as follows: Stage 1 = Performance phases 1 to 3, Stage 2 = Performance phase 4, Stage 3 = Performance phase 5, Stage 4 = Performance phases 6 to 7, Stage 5 = Performance phase 8 and Stage 6 = Performance phase 9. Initially, only Stage 1 will be commissioned; there is no entitlement to the commissioning of the follow-up stages.
